Yes, cancel your membership at any time, and we won't charge you again. You'll remain a member until after your current membership term finishes. This will be the remainder of the year for the annual subscription and the remainder of the month for the monthly membership (monthly memberships are no longer available to purchase, but this is still valid for those on a previous existing monthly membership).

All your membership benefits will be removed and the courses you purchased with Grow credits or added to your learning centre as an Access All member will also be removed from your learning centre. The progress you made on courses will be stored should you wish to restart your subscription or purchase the course another way in the future.

You will have a 15 minute period after adding a course to your learning centre as an Access All member to remove it, following this period, you will have to reach out to our customer support team. With the membership, immediate access is granted to a digital product, so any request for a refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis, in line with our refunds policy.

Grow offers the best offer, with access to all our courses and audio courses for the duration of your membership. You also get additional benefits to enhance your learning including a members only hub and exclusive discounts on printed materials and certificates.

The Grow annual membership is not offered in an instalment plan, the amazing discounts are available because of the annual commitment to the subscription.

Yes, all of your Grow courses are accessible within the app while you have an active Grow subscription. Initially it will not be possible to redeem Grow credits via the Android app, but this can be done via the website (even by mobile browser) and will immediately be reflected in your app learning centre.
